Shipping

We will gladly deliver your purchase to your place of residence or another address in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein. Of course, this is already included in the price and will be delivered to the edge of the curb by post or freight forwarder at no extra cost!

Free delivery:

• All orders under 30kg will be delivered to us by Swiss Post. The products will be dispatched on the same or on the next business day of placing the order, and will be delivered free of charge within 2 working days from the date of dispatch.
• All free deliveries are curbside deliveries without disposal. When delivering curbside, the delivery of the device takes place in front of the first lockable front door.

Pickup in our shop:

• All orders can be picked up in our shop in Lucerne.
• When collecting an order, which was made via invoice or partial payment, the presentation of an official ID is required.
